We are Mark & Joana Rogers founders of Convergence. At Convergence we stand for 'Building thriving families & drug free kids.' With our proven system, Convergence, you will be provided with a dynamic blueprint designed to support the traditional American Family. One of our four pillars of existence is to pass on traditional conservative values to the next generation of American Families. Joana and I together have over 50+ years combined experience both within the professional marketplace as well as in the non-profit sectors helping families to thrive and ensuring America's kids live drug-free.
We specialize in equipping the family with the essential strategies, core values, and first principles while providing the critical skills necessary to thrive in today's world. We believe wisdom and intelligence says to look ahead and solve problems before they even have opportunity to become problems. In other words we believe in getting out in front of the problems before hand and head them off before they sneak in and take root in the family system.
And these are the reasons why we founded and continue to develop the Convergence Platform where system and community intersect. This intersection of system and community combine to empower parents with the truth and real time solutions about challenges of raising drug-free kids, while providing proven strategies employable during all the ages and stages.

Our Story
During the last 30 years of our marriage we have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. Life has a way of challenging us all at the deepest levels of our being. Over the years we have both learned through the highs and lows of raising a family to trust God. Our faith in Christ has been the bedrock of our family. We would be the first to say that it is not easy and without God it would have been impossible. And this is not to say we have arrived for each family will always have challenges to face as each new season brings new challenges. But we can say that it has all been worth it as we see children from all walks of life living successfully free from the trap of drugs and thriving. It is because of our history that it has become our great joy and extreme passion to create the blueprint that the Convergence Master System provides. We know Convergence will not only provide hope, encouragement, guidance and inspiration but will also give you and your family the tools to abundantly thrive and raise healthy drug free kids in the modern world.
